We will then use a tool that doesn’t have a great name called the “Rug Sucker”, but wow does it work wonders! This tool allows us to wrap your rug around a perforated tube that then gets hooked up to a pump that will flow 80 gallons of water a minute through the rug to loosen and flush soils, and even urine, completely out. Stripping & Waxing: This is necessary when your old floor finish has been worn down. We use a stripper solution to emulsify your tile’s old finish and neutralize your floor with cold water to seal the floors. We then lay down at least 4 coats of premium floor finish.
Top Scrub: This should be performed at least once a quarter depending on the amount of foot traffic your business gets. We use a light cleaner that has a special pad to remove the top layer of dirt from the floor finish. Clean water is then mopped on to close the pores of the tile and then new premium floor finish is applied. This ensures you have what looks like a new looking floor all year round.
